The Chocolate Chamber at TEDxChiangmai (2018) showcasing its signature Cacao de Bola, sikwate hot chocolate drink, hand-rolled chocolate truffles, and other premium chocolates at this year’s TEDxChiangmai. Two years ago, Raquel shared her affair with chocolate as one of the event’s speakers. This time around, she brought the 17-year-old Chocolate Princess, Hannah, with her. It was lovely to see them in action – a mother and daughter tandem. They were like magnets. They have drawn people from all over the world and have given them a taste of Philippine cacao and a chocolate experience they probably have not expected for that event.
